A1:Yes. Our glass cups are made of food-grade high borosilicate glass, safe for both hot and cold drinks (-20℃ to 150℃), non-toxic, BPA-free, and healthy for daily use.

Q2.Can you customize logo / design / color?

A2:Yes. We support custom logo, pattern, color and packaging.
Available crafts: laser engraving, silk screen printing, decal, frosted.
Low MOQ & professional design service are provided.

Q3.What is your MOQ for stock and custom orders?

A3:For in-stock items, we accept low MOQ.
For custom orders, MOQ is 100 pcs depending on craft.
Small trial orders are welcome.

Q4.How do you package glass cups to avoid breakage?

A4:We use strong anti-broken packaging: Each cup with bubble bag + pearl cotton + inner box + export carton.

We have a breakage rate below 0.2% during shipping.

Q5. How long is production & delivery time?

A5:Stock orders: ship within 3 to 7 working days. Custom orders: 15to 25 working days after sample confirmed.
We support sea, air and express shipping.

Q6.What is your payment term?

A6:Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. But for small orders, it is 100%T/T.
