A1:Yes, we provide professional sublimation blank ceramic mugs with high-quality coating for clear, bright, and long-lasting transfer printing.

A2:Yes. We support custom logos, patterns, texts, and full-wrap designs. Printing methods include heat transfer, screen printing, decal, embossed, debossed, and gold/silver foil.

Q3.What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A3:We accept small orders for stock mugs. For custom designs, colors, and logos, our MOQ is flexible to support your trial orders and business start-up.

Q4.How do you pack the mugs to avoid breakage?

A4:Each mug is packed with bubble bag + white box + master carton with strong pallet. We use safe packaging specially for long-distance sea shipping.

Q5. Can I get a sample before mass order?

A5:Yes, samples are available. Stock samples are free (you only pay shipping cost). Custom samples take 3 to 7 days with a small sample fee.

Q6.How long is mass production time?

A6:Normally 15 to 25 days after sample confirmation and deposit received. We also support rush orders for urgent projects.

Q7.Do you accept OEM / ODM service?

A7:Yes, we provide full OEM & ODM service. You can customize shape, size, color, handle style, gift box, and packaging design.

Q8.What is your payment term?

A8:Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. But for small orders, it is 100%T/T.

Q9.What should we do if we receive defective products?

A9:We take full responsibility for quality issues.
If defective products are found upon receipt, please provide photos or videos for confirmation.
We will arrange replacement, refund or after-sales solution immediately.
